This year, we are offering a free donation-based Morning Yoga on the Beach class at Lake Waushacum. Yoga is one of the best ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. This is a beginner's class led by Alex Julian that focuses on mobility, mindfulness, and the breath. Alex has been teaching Yoga for 7 years, and he is the inventor of Tree Yoga. Alex is also the author of Drive Enlightened: The Yoga of the Road.This is a free, donation based class but registration is required.

It will ease children into learning the basics of all these great games as well as teaching them the importance of team work! Each class F.A.S.T. Athletics will have new and exciting  games planned for students. **All registrations received less than 1 week prior to the start of the program will be charged a $10 late fee**
