This year, we are offering a free donation-based Friday Morning Yoga class in the Great Hall of the 1835 Old Town Hall. Yoga is one of the best ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. This is a beginner's class led by Alex Julian that focuses on mobility, mindfulness, and the breath. Alex has been teaching Yoga for 7 years, and he is the inventor of Tree Yoga. Alex is also the author of Drive Enlightened: The Yoga of the Road.
This is a free, donation based class but a facilities fee is applied and REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED on line or as a drop in.
