This year, we are offering a free donation-based Morning Yoga on the Beach class at Lake Waushacum. Yoga is one of the best ways to improve physical, mental, and emotional health. This is a beginner's class led by Alex Julian that focuses on mobility, mindfulness, and the breath. Alex has been teaching Yoga for 7 years, and he is the inventor of Tree Yoga. Alex is also the author of Drive Enlightened: The Yoga of the Road.
This is a free, donation based class but registration is required.
