Sue Robbins is bringing her Total Body Workout & Core Training Pilates class right to your living room! Boost your metabolism, strengthen your muscle tissue and learn how to strength train safely. This is a great class to break that plateau, mix up your workouts and get the results you have been wanting. A perfect way to stay busy, active and healthy during Covid-19.

Once you have completed the registration, we will email the link to join the class as they occur.  Instructor Sue Robbins will have a different Zoom invitation for each class.

Classes will run:
Mondays: 9:00 - 10:00 am 
Mondays: 6:30 - 7:30 pm 
Thursdays: 6:45 - 7:45 pm 
Fridays: 8:45 - 9:45 am
